  • CRM & Marketing Platforms (Bonzo): We use Bonzo to manage lead communications. Your name, contact details, property information, and financial details are shared with Bonzo for campaign enrollment. Depending on your DNC status, you may be enrolled in email-only or email+SMS campaigns.
  • Email Service Provider (Resend): We use Resend to send transactional emails (confirmation emails, notifications). Your name and email address are shared for this purpose.
  • DNC Compliance Provider (RealValidito): Your phone number is checked against federal Do Not Call registries and TCPA litigator databases to ensure compliance before outreach.
  • Analytics Providers (Mixpanel, Vercel Analytics): We share usage data (pages visited, form interactions, device info) with analytics providers to improve our services. Mixpanel respects browser Do Not Track settings.
  • Address & Property Data (Google Places, RentCast): Property addresses you enter may be sent to Google Places for autocomplete suggestions and RentCast for property value estimates.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
