HonestCasa operates as a mortgage marketplace that connects borrowers with licensed lenders and loan professionals. We do not directly originate, fund, or service mortgage loans. When you submit a pre-qualification request or loan application through our platform, your information may be shared with one or more of our lending partners who can offer you loan products.

Loan terms, rates, and availability are determined by the lending partner and are subject to borrower eligibility, property valuation, and market conditions. HonestCasa does not guarantee any specific rate, term, or loan approval.

Referral Disclosure (RESPA)

In accordance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), we disclose that HonestCasa may receive compensation from lending partners when a borrower is matched with a lender through our platform. You are not required to use any lender suggested by HonestCasa. You are free to shop for competitive loan terms from any lender of your choosing.
